H-Drive information

The most basic thing you need to know here at Pondo is how to get into your H-Drive. It looks like the picture to the side.

First, go into "Computer." Then you will see this H-Drive.

Public drive information

The public drive is a drive your teacher can put various document into and then you can access them from any computer on campus.

Remember, the public drives are organized by your teachers first initial and THEN last name. So you need to know the first letter of your teacher's first name to easily find their folder.

To get into the public drive first go to "Computer."Then double click on the "Public" drive as seen in this picture. Then navigate to your teacher's folder.

Dropbox Information

The dropbox is a drive you can use to turn in assignments electronically to your teacher.

Remember, the public drives are organized by your teachers first initial and THEN last name. So you need to know the first letter of your teacher's first name to easily find their folder.

Here's how to turn in assignments to teacher using the dropbox.

Picture
STEP ONE: Go to the “Computer”

STEP TWO: Open the dropbox drive. It is the X-Drive and looks like the picture above.

STEP THREE: From here, navigate to your teacher’s dropbox. Drag and drop the word document directly into you teacher’s dropbox. Make sure it says “Copy to” like the picture to the side. -------------------------------------------------->

DO NOT TRY TO OPEN YOUR TEACHER’S DROPBOX!

It will not open for you. You can only drag and drop things into it.

You will not receive a confirmation message. Check with your teacher to make sure they received it.
